We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team. In this 4 month contract role you will provide essential support to our Engineering & Project team.

What you will do as a Mechanical Designer:
- Prepare the mechanical drawings of the equipment intended for manufacturing, quotes and/or delivery of documentation to customers and third parties.
- Design and modification of graphic files related to products and parts made by third parties.
- Generate the necessary documentation for the production area, so that this documentation (and the information it contains) serves to:
- Separate the necessary materials already purchased.
- Assemble the lay-out of the machine components.
- Position the mechanical elements and their supports.
- Assemble the elements together.
- Determine distances and orientation of the elements.
- Generate the necessary mechanical documentation for the engineering area, so that this documentation (and the information it contains) serves to:
- Prepare the equipment manuals.
- Comply with the delivery of mechanical part documents according to the delivery agreed with the client.
- Receive and process technical modifications to equipment, reflect changes in mechanical documentation.
- Archiving and organization of the mechanical documentation of the control panels.
- Selection of materials for the assembly of the equipment.
- Answer doubts and technical concerns related to the mechanical part of the equipment already manufactured.
- Respond to supplier inquiries.
- Channel and answer the doubts of the plant operators who carry out the assembly of the equipment.

Who you are and What you Bring to the Table:
- Academic level: Industrial Designer / Mechanical Engineer.
- Languages: English (intermediate or advanced), Portuguese (preferred).
- Management of Computer Tools:
- Office / Internet.
- Autocad Inventor.
- Handling of technical tools:
- Knowledge of structural installations.
- Knowledge of the elements used.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and fluids.
- Basic knowledge of corrosion.
- Knowledge of the materials and elements available on the market.
- Knowledge of regulations and standard measures applicable to mechanical elements.
