Quando essa resina se satura \u2014 ou seja, quando todos os \u00edons de s\u00f3dio foram trocados por \u00edons de c\u00e1lcio e magn\u00e9sio presentes na \u00e1gua de entrada \u2014 ela deve ser regenerada por meio da passagem de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de cloreto de s\u00f3dio (sal comum) e \u00e1gua, conhecida como <strong>salmoura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nossos sistemas apresentam as seguintes caracter\u00edsticas principais:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poucos componentes no sistema<\/li>\n<li>Regenera\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>downflow \/ upflow<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enchimento do regenerante com \u00e1gua tratada<\/li>\n<li>Microprocessador de f\u00e1cil programa\u00e7\u00e3o pelo painel de controle<\/li>\n<li>Armazenamento de dados operacionais e de configura\u00e7\u00e3o em mem\u00f3ria n\u00e3o vol\u00e1til<\/li>\n<li>Backup de informa\u00e7\u00f5es por at\u00e9 8 horas com bateria de l\u00edtio<\/li>\n<li>Projeto especial do pist\u00e3o, permitindo muitos anos de opera\u00e7\u00e3o sem manuten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Controle Manual [UTK-AM]<\/h3>\n<p>O ciclo de regenera\u00e7\u00e3o manual ocorre por meio de um dispositivo de acionamento simples ou por um conjunto de v\u00e1lvulas. A \u00fanica vantagem dessa op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o menor investimento inicial. Essa configura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 oferecida pela Fluence apenas para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es industriais de grandes vaz\u00f5es, pois para sistemas menores n\u00e3o h\u00e1 diferen\u00e7a econ\u00f4mica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s unidades automatizadas.<\/p>\n<h3>Controle Autom\u00e1tico por Vaz\u00e3o ou Tempo [UTK-AT \/ UTK-AC]<\/h3>\n<p>Na automa\u00e7\u00e3o por tempo (AT), a resina \u00e9 regenerada em intervalos predefinidos, independentemente da real necessidade de regenera\u00e7\u00e3o. Essa configura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 recomendada para processos com hor\u00e1rios r\u00edgidos para regenera\u00e7\u00e3o dos leitos, mesmo que estes n\u00e3o estejam saturados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemplos:<\/strong> edif\u00edcios sem consumo de \u00e1gua durante a noite, pr\u00e9-tratamento de unidades que operam em hor\u00e1rios conhecidos, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>Na automa\u00e7\u00e3o por vaz\u00e3o (AC), a regenera\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre ap\u00f3s a passagem de um volume de \u00e1gua previamente definido durante a instala\u00e7\u00e3o.
